Prescriptions and health information you choose to upload or share with our pharmacists.
Messages sent through customer support or pharmacist chat.
Information collected automatically
Device information, app version, and general location for delivery estimation.
Usage data such as pages viewed, searches, and items added to cart.
Log data including IP address and browser type, for security and fraud prevention.

Prescription & Health Data
Treated as sensitive, always
Prescriptions and health details are encrypted at rest and in transit, visible only to the licensed pharmacist reviewing your order, and never used for advertising.
When you upload a prescription or consult a pharmacist, that information is used only to verify and dispense your order safely, and to provide the consultation you requested. We retain this data only as long as required for pharmacy record-keeping under applicable regulations, after which it is securely archived or deleted.
